何か宇宙っぽい、でっかい音楽をやろう」と、勝井祐二と山本精一を中心に96年結成。
1996年、米国ボストンにて、Dr＆Pe r : 大竹重寿、G&B : コスガツヨシ、Key : 金子巧が出会いジャムを始める。
2006年冬にVo.gt.宮谷内 Ba.田村 Dr.越田 Gt.白石で バンドを結成。
札幌を拠点にそれぞれ個々で活動していた、vo,key種田菜採子（アースデイ札幌07',Good Vibes Life etc）、
竹村ジロウ（ex橋本洋輔トリオ)を中心に行っていたジャムセッションから始まった、 倶知安町のローカルバンド。
